We are Peggy and Cyril, originally from the south of France bordering Italy, Cyril worked for years in the family restaurant where good food rocked his childhood and most of his life.
Cuisine taught by his Grandmother Yvonne and his grandfather Antoine, an exceptional couple of restaurateurs who, thanks to his seriousness and generosity, have welcomed great personalities such as Prince Rainier of Monaco, who regularly came to have lunch on Sunday with his whole family to taste the famous ravioli and Barba juan de Yvonne and Antoine.
During his many years in the world of Mediterranean cuisine Cyril learned the mastery of Neapolitan pizza and the manufacture of pasta, ravioli and gnocchi at the International Pizza School of Cap d'Ail, on the Italian border. Today, it is capatble to serve noumbreux dishes of qualities with a culinary genericity
